Gabbie's Christmas Tree

Santa Claus made us feel the spirit of Christmas thru Gabbie's kind-hearted Ninongs and Ninangs as early as October.
Now we already have the decors, recycled from previous years. The only new this Christmas is the tree, and Gabbie has been bugging me to take a picture of her beside her first Christmas Tree.

(sorry for the poor picture quality, i just used my phone and there's no sufficient lighting)

Trick or Treat (Princess or Little Santa?)

Gabbie joined 300+ kids in the Trick or Treat at Sta Lucia Mall last October 31. She dressed up like a royal princess in her shining red dress and velvet robe that made other people think she was also a kiddie Santa.

Our First Christmas Tree

After three Christmases in our house, finally! On our first, I was about to give birth to Gabbie so it was inconvenient for me to decorate the house and re-arrange the furniture to make space for a tree.

On the second, Gabbie has started walking and exploring everything inside the house- and eating everything she sees inside the house (those colorful balls and flower decors included)

On the third, our house was under renovation.

And so this year, we wished for a tree, but the kind that can fit in one corner of our small living room.

Gabbie actually helped putting it up. And she wanted to be the one to decorate our first Christmas tree.

Thanks Santa for a wish come true.

Music Class @ Gymboree

They danced, they sang together, they played instruments, they played games... and got stamped on their hands, feet and even on their tummy :)

There was a part when they were asked one by one to sing their favorite songs. When the teacher asked who wanted to sing first, Gabbie raised her hand instantly. The teacher asked what song she wanted to sing and she said confidently, "Twinkle!"

So she sang her favorite song Twinkle Twinkle. Mommy and daddy were so awed that they forgot to take a photo and video.

Puzzle (before bed) time

Aside from reading a book with mommy or daddy (current favorite is The Eensy Weensy Spider), this is her favorite thing to do before bedtime.

Pabitin :)

More on Haya's birthday- Gabbie couldn't wait for the Pabitin part so she took a chair, and tried to grab the stuff. But she still wasn't tall enough (buti na lang! nakakahiya kay Haya eh. hehe!).

Well, at least she tried. Haha.

Elmo, at last!

Gabbie met "Elmo" last Saturday during a kiddie party. Unlike other mascots, she was not scared. She embraced, sat on his lap and had a photo with Elmo as if he was a long lost bestfriend.

I have a wish. And my wish is to win 3 VIP tickets (or any ticket) for the The Little Big Club Concert in December. Gabbie will be very delighted to see Barney and Bob in person. I'm sure she can sing and dance along very well, she knows Barney and Bob the Builder songs by heart.

Santa I hope you can hear me.
